What is the status of my order?

Your order is either "Unfulfilled" or "Shipped."  After ordering, you'll receive a conformation email letting you know your order is being processed. Only after the order has been processed and ready to ship will you receive a notification letting you know the package is on the way. If you have questions concerning your order please email us at support@anthardwear.com. 

What is the average lead time?

Currently we are 5-10 BUSINESS days out due to order volume but this lead time is subject to change.

How long does shipping take once it leaves your facility?

Shipping typically takes 2-7 days however we cannot control delays with your order once USPS or other carrier has received it. You will receive an email confirmation on your order when placed and you'll receive an additional email when the order is processed and ships with tracking information.

Can I cancel my order?

Please think it through before placing an order. Holsters are made to order so once the order is placed and has begun being processed it cannot be canceled.

Can I return my magazine carrier? 

Typically, unless there is a defect due to manufacturing, your order cannot be returned. so, if it's our fault, yes. If you broke it being negligent, no. We are not responsible for damages to the product due to negligent shipping and handling of USPS but if this does happen, contact us at support@anthardwear.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Do you rush orders?

No. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

International Shipping?

Currently we do not ship internationally.

What is a Bullet Ant?

The Bullet Ant is an ant species found in tropical rainforests in Central and South America. They are famous for having the most painful sting in the world which is said to be comparible to the pain of being shot, giving them their name.
